SAG Workforce (www.sagworkforce.com.au) is a majority Indigenous-owned company providing recruitment, labour hire, contract hire, staffing solutions, and workforce consultancy services across Australia. We work closely with clients, candidates, and industry partners to connect skilled people with the right opportunities while supporting local employment, diversity, and community participation.

  • Client Information: business contact details, position titles, and other information necessary for managing workforce solutions.
  • Financial & Payroll Information: bank account details, tax file number, superannuation details, and remuneration information (for placed candidates and employees).

We collect information directly from you through:

  • Job applications, resumes, interviews, and onboarding processes
  • Online forms, website enquiries, and email correspondence
  • Reference checks, pre-employment checks, and client feedback
  • Publicly available sources (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards) where appropriate
